Before any machine is shipped, our technicians do one final check to make sure that all features are working properly. Our machines are usually shipped fully assembled and ready to plug in and play. Our shipper carefully shrink wraps and blanket wraps all of our machines to protect them during the shipping. 

Once the machine is picked up by the shipper, you will receive a phone call from your receiving terminal to arrange the delivery appointment. Your game is delivered to your residence and the shippers bring it into the first floor of your home for you. Your residence must be accessible to a semi- tractor trailer. Additional charges will apply if the shipper needs to send a smaller truck. 

Additional charges also will apply if you want the machine taken up or down a flight of stairs, such as into your basement gameroom. We will be happy to get a quote for you for these additional charges. We recommend that you unwrap and inspect all deliveries before signing for them. 

Our technicians recommend that during cold weather that you should allow the machine 3-4 hours to come up to room temperature before turning it on to prevent damage to the electronics. 

We would be happy to provide you with a tracking number once your delivery is scheduled and you can track your shipment on-line.
